Michael Boroch, President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Boroch has more than 30 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience with a background in the health care industry working as a practitioner, operator, consultant, educator, and technology executive for some of the largest health care corporations in the world and numerous medical centers. Boroch has an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Mayland as well as an undergraduate degree in Respiratory Sciences.
Mark Sowka, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sowka brings over 25 years of progressive management experience to LivingWell Health Solutions. His background includes numerous years of work in large corporate environments, as well as first-hand knowledge of owning, running, and successfully growing a small business. Mr. Sowka holds a BS from Stanford University, a MS from the University of Southern California, and a MBA from Stanford University.
Susan Searle, Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Ms. Searle brings over 20 years of experience leading high performing sales and marketing organizations selling into both small and large companies. Ms. Searle holds a BS degree from the State University of New York, a MS degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University, and a MBA from Rutgers University.
Chris Smith, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Smith brings over 25 years of experience in information systems and process development to LivingWell Health Solutions. He earned his BS from the State University of New York Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His experience includes management and technology consulting to organizations around the world, multiple years as a member of the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award) and certification from the Project Management Institute. Mr. Smith will lead the development and refinement of LivingWell Health Solutions' proprietary information systems and processes to support effective operations and the company’s pursuit of excellence in client support.
Dr. Sam Swad, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Swad has 19 years of experience as a Board Certified Family Physician. He earned his BS from Coastal Carolina University, his Doctorate from the University of South Carolina Medical School, and completed his Family Practice residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He provides oversight and expertise to our Clinical Operations department.
