This report summarizes the activity that occurs each month in the on-site clinic. It describes the number of patients by risk category and by visit type that utilized the service. It also presents the cost/visit of the clinic service for the month. Each of these statistics are presented for the month, quarter, and year-to-date. This report is produced monthly.
