This report analyzes the clinical and claims paid impact of the participants in the program. It shows the difference in claims cost between compliant participants and non-complaint participants/non-participants. It presents the trends by risk type and by risk tier on a year-to-date basis. A Program Impact Overview is produced for the client at the beginning of the fifth month following each Program Compliance Report and is delivered by the Account Executive.
