Each client will have a dedicated Account Executive to assist him or her in the development of the LivingWell Health Solutions program, including:

 

   Objectives

   Services to be provided

   Benefits

   Enrollment Protocol

   Confidentiality of information

   Orientation & Enrollment Materials

   Personal Health Evaluations

 

Thorough planning ensures that the employer objectives are efficiently integrated into the program; service expectations are clearly defined and expressed; service process and benefits are articulated from the employee perspective; and that the implementation occurs in accordance with a timeline that minimizes disruption in employee operations.
