The LivingWell Health Solutions service model starts with program planning between the client and their designated LivingWell Health Solutions Account Executive. Employees are engaged in the program through comprehensive Orientation Sessions. Individuals are encouraged by the onsite clinician and given Healthy Life Plans to improve their health. LivingWell Health Solutions provides the client with program reporting throughout the year to show population health risk trends and to show the client how much money they are saving with the LivingWell Health Solutions service.
